<div>자폐성 장애가 있다는 이유만으로 어린 시절 한 교육 기관에서 폭행을 당했던 수아는 세상 모든 것을 두려워하는 아이였습니다. 그런 아이에게 한 커스텀 업체 대표님께서 보내주신 화구 세트는 수아의 인생을 통째로 바꾸기에 충분할만큼 귀한 선물이었습니다. 수아는 하루종일 그 화구 세트를 안고 즐거워했고, 잠도 자지 않고 그림을 그렸습니다. 친구 하나 없던 수아에겐 그림이 유일한 친구였습니다. 수아는 곧 어머니의 검정색 티셔츠 한 장을 골라 그 위에 멋진 페인팅 작업을 하며 자신의 첫 공식 작품을 만들었고, 우리는 그것을 ‘퍼스트 페인팅 티셔츠’라고 불렀습니다.</div>

<div>수아의 이 페인팅 티셔츠는 2022년 언더마이카와의 협업을 통해 처음으로 세상에 모습을 드러내게 되었고, 정말 많은 사람들로 부터 큰 사랑을 받았습니다. 그리고 그로부터 2년 후 수아는 자신이 직접 그린 최초의 원본 티셔츠를 촬영한 후 아이패드 안에서 색상을 조정하여 블랙 민트 색상과 버건디 색상의 새로운 페인팅 티셔츠들을 추가로 만들어냈습니다. 그래서 우리는 수아가 새롭게 만든 두 가지 컬러의 페인팅 티셔츠들과 함께 수아의 첫 퍼플 페인팅 티셔츠도 원본 그대로 다시 복각해보기로 결정했습니다. </div>

<div>이번 티셔츠는 정말 놀라울 정도로 훌륭한 복각률을 보여주고 있습니다. 수아가 직접 조색했던 멋진 색감, 손 끝에 만져지는 듯한 페인팅 질감, 심지어 수아가 그림을 다 그리고 마지막으로 붓을 뗄 때 희미하게 묻어난 티셔츠 끝의 옅은 붓자국까지 그 모든 것들을 수아가 최초로 그린 원본 작품 그대로 복각해냈습니다. </div>

<div>이 티셔츠는 희망 없이 매일 울고만 있던 자폐아 수아를 ‘꿈을 가진 디자이너 수아’로 성장할 수 있도록 길을 열어준 작품입니다. 이 티셔츠를 입는 모든 분들에게도 수아의 그런 꿈들이 전달되기를 기도합니다. 꿈은 어려움을 이겨내는 힘이 있습니다. </div>
